Analysis & reporting

Powerful analytics combined with simple reports provide you with the insights that you need from your staff survey.

Once the survey is closed, we can provide you with many types of analyses, including the following:

  • a high level report identifying:
    • top 10 results
    • bottom 10 results
    • strengths and weaknesses by survey theme
    • your overall engagement result, and average scores by survey theme
    • key engagement drivers and action areas
    • themed analysis for the open text responses.
  • datatables for each of your demographic variables (where respondent numbers allow). These reports would clearly identify the variations in survey results across the organisation, e.g. by team, location etc. You can choose to drill down into your survey data to whatever level of detail you need (although we will always protect respondent anonymity).

Our feedback reports present the findings in a simple and impactful way, providing compelling and meaningful insights rather than pages and pages of dense statistics!
