Benchmarking will show you how your results compare with the average and the best in our benchmark group. You can choose to compare your survey results with other organisations in a number of ways, including by:

number of employees
geographical location.
Benchmarking will show you how your results compare for every question where we have comparable data (this will naturally exclude custom questions), and will clearly highlight any significant variances from our benchmarking norms.
