Quality assurance & confidentiality

One important reason for using an external provider to conduct your staff survey is that it provides your staff with increased confidence that their survey responses will be anonymous. This can enhance response rates and improve the quality of responses received.

The Document Bureau System operated by Employee Insight has been set up to comply with BIP 0008:2004 (The British Standard Institute guidelines for legal admissibility and evidential weight of information stored electronically). Access to the electronic survey is via unique password, which ensures that each individual can only complete one survey. This also enables respondents to partially complete surveys and then return to complete at a later stage.


Respondent anonymity is guaranteed and Employee Insight will not release data against a data variable (such as a team) unless a minimum of 8 responses exist. Your employees can call or e-mail us at any time and we will personally re-assure them whenever they have a concern about anonymity or around how their data will be used.
